A: We have group classes and individual training sessions available from 4pm-8pm 6 days per week (closed on Friday)

Q: Do we have Open Gym time?
A: No, but we do offer semi-private rentals of our Dr. Dish shooting machine, as well as our “Keys to the gym” 24/7 membership to access the gym on your own any hour of the day (when we’re not training)
